Our Quarter Beef is a standard cut side of beef, using our very own favourite cutting instructions, with the contents equally divided to make two equal quarters.
The 1/4 Beef package fits in a small chest/upright freezer (takes up about 3.5-4 cubic feet of space)

How does it work?
You reserve your 1/4 Beef Share today with a $600 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. We will have our expert butcher process your beef and let it dry age to maximize flavor & tenderness. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice ($1,019.00) to collect the rest of the payment). Then we will ship it your door for free in one big box. Your beef will arrive fully frozen!
What's the deposit?
Your 1/4 Beef Share deposit is just $600. Your final payment will be $1,019.00 after your deposit is subtracted from the total of $1,619.00.
How will my beef be packaged?
All cuts are individually wrapped or vacuum sealed and labelled.
How much freezer space do I need?
A 1/4 Beef Share will require approximately 3.5 - 4 cubic ft. of space. This will fit in a small chest/upright freezer.
